I have traveled on Japan for a week.
That trip was not long period, but I accepted and missed many things.
First of all, I missed Korean food. Every time I go to trip, I felt other countries food is very oily. Some kinds of food is very spicy, but that spicy is not pleasant to my taste.
In addition, Maybe I miss Korean friends and my family. Family and friends are always great encouragement to me. So when I live abroad for a year, I will bring friends and family’s picture.

Is Korea a racist country?

Korea is a racially homogeneous nation.

So most foreigners think that Korean is much racial discrimination.

But America, multicultural society, was the most racist state.

Unlike Korea, racism is a serious social problem in many other countries.

We should abolish segregation to change our mind.

For example, when you judge people throw away your preconceptions about appearance.

And parents educate the children there are many people in the world equally. So parents recognized the dignity of man there children

What is the beautiful side of Korean culture?

In Korea, there is exist many things of beautiful culture.

Above all, I think the first feature of Korean culture is the beauty of one´s curves.

For example, hanbok’s (Korean traditional dress) sleeve and skirt line have curves.

So when you wear hanbok, people says to you. “You look graceful!”

And second reason of curve’s are eaves. Korean traditional house’s eaves is famous part of Korean architecture. Closer look revealed that delicate and wonderful. And gather culve, it looks elegant. Above this, there have lots of example of culves. (Goryeo celadon, folding fan, etc)

If I visit a person’s home in korea, what I do?

 If you visit a Korean’s home, as usual come to the home with a bright smile. Say to hello to his family. Korean culture is usually known for kind heart and smiling. So if you smiled to his family, his family smiled too.

 Also, Korea is famous for Ondol. Ondol is floor heating system. So you have to take your shoes off and feel the floor’s heating temperature.

And the other tip is Korea’s food culture. Korean use chopsticks. So if you want to have a nice meal, you should practice how to use chopsticks.

What advice should you give to a foreigner coming Korea for the first time?

When you visit Korea, first you should learn basic Korean like annyunghaseyo, kamsahapnida.
Because, some Koreans try to evade foreigners who don't speak his language. And when you speak Korean they may help you freely.

 Second, you should go to Gyeongbokgung (Palace), Gyeongbokgung is the oldest of five royal palaces of the Joseon period. And Korea has many houses where you can hire hanbok. So if you wear the hanbok and visit gyeongbokgung, you might feel King of Joseon Dynasty period.

 Third, you make Korean friend and visit his home, Living with him, you eat Korean food and learn about Korea's duty.
